Free plan

Every account starts with free credits so you can evaluate Image Explainer before paying. No payment card is required to try the core workflow.

Subscriptions and lifetime plans

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You can cancel subscriptions from your account, and lifetime purchases include the credits described at checkout.

Refund requests

Because video generation consumes compute and third-party AI resources, used credits are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error or a technical failure blocked usage, contact us within 14 days.
